How do I create a support ticket?
Simply log into your account, navigate to your Dashboard, and click the "Create New Ticket" button. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible, and attach any relevant screenshots to help us resolve your issue faster.
What is the typical response time?
Our standard response time is within 24 hours during normal business days. However, tickets marked as "Urgent" or "Critical" are bumped to the top of our queue and usually receive a response within 1-2 hours.
How do I track my ticket status?
You can check the real-time status of your tickets by visiting the "All Tickets" section inside your user dashboard. You will also receive email notifications whenever there is an update or a reply from our team.
